Here’s How It
Works…
It is believed that when an
organ is diseased, they fail to vibrate at their resonant frequency. Sounds
wave energy frequencies are based upon the sacred geometry of frequencies of
minerals, vitamins, noble gases, amino acids and hormones. When the organs and
cells of the body become diseased, they are no longer vibrating at their
resonant frequency. These diseased areas of the body are no longer producing
their inherent bio-resonant sound waves. Instead of addressing the organ with a
chemical drug, or removing it from the body, SWE therapy is able to correct the
rate of vibration with sound waves and bring the body back to a healthy state
of resonance.
By producing specific low
energetic frequencies (15-30Hz) that resonate with these minerals, vitamins, noble
gases, amino acids and hormones, the body will resonate with these frequencies
and absorb these essential compounds while restoring overall balance to the
body. The therapy involves being around the frequencies (playing through a CD
player and being near the speakers) that sound like a car’s engine humming for
anywhere from 15-45 minutes. The recordings act like a tuning fork, in which
the frequencies played remind cells of their vibratory rate and re-entrained
cells may match this energy. Patients report reduced stress levels and anxiety,
more positive emotions, and reduced negative patterns. In most cases patients
feel peace, calmness and balance.
“Let’s say I have a frequency
from the bones. A bone that is perfect always has the same frequency. But then
if it loses density or has other problems, it’s not the same. So by playing the
frequency that it is supposed to be, you can train it so it can come back to
what it is.” - Nicole Lavoie
Science & Safety
Sound wave energy therapy is
often used as an complementary treatment, and while very few studies have been
conducted on sound wave energy, the use of associated therapies such as music
therapy and vibroacoustic sound therapy (VST) have been researched.
Studies have shown (Rider,
1985) the method of music therapy that works most effectively utilizes the
principles of resonance and entrainment.
Entrainment music therapy is
described as “any stimuli that matches or models the current mood state of the
individual and then moves the person in the direction of a more positive or
pleasant mood state” (Freeman, 2004).
Entrainment music therapy has
been used successfully in reduction of both pain and anxiety.
It is non-invasive, safe, and
has no side-effects (Freeman, 2004).
Numerous studies vibroacoustic
sound therapy have demonstrated it is beneficial for a wide range of ailments,
from pain and anxiety reduction to reducing problem behavior in autistic adults
and children (Boyd-Brewer 2003).
One study found that negative
stereotypical behavior was reduced upwards of 40% in autistic adults
(Boyd-Brewer 2003).
Sound wave energy is safe,
non-invasive, and produces no side-effects.
